Payment
I accept all major credit cards and echecks through Paypal. Checks and Money Orders, mailed with the printed order form will also be accepted. All mail in payments should be mailed to me within 2 weeks or I will have to cancel your order. For mail in orders, your order date will be the date I receive your check and not the date you placed your order online. Your order will not ship until your check clears the bank. There will be a $30 service charge for returned checks. Please make checks payable to Ariane MacNevin. When mailing in payments don’t forget to add the shipping charges and insurance if needed, please email me for mailing address.

Since each item is custom made for you, it does not ship immediately. I do not mass produce any of my items, so that each one is made to your specifications. Each listing will specify an estimated time frame before your item will be shipped. Most items will ship within 1-3 weeks, but I will always try to accommodate a deadline if I can. You will receive an email once your item has shipped. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail or First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Each item is carefully packaged and should arrive in excellent condition however, I am NOT Responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Insurance will cover any damage or loss during shipping. Insurance is NOT included in the shipping charges. If you would like to insure your package against any damage or loss during shipping please email me at amacnevin@comcast.net and I will be happy to add it to your purchase. I would highly advise customers to purchase insurance on their order. If you did not purchased insurance and your order gets damaged or lost during mailing, USPS will not be responsible for replacing your order. Luv-Me-Knot is not held responsible for your items once they are mailed at USPS and we are not responsible for giving refunds for packages that are damaged or lost once they have been mailed.
Refunds/Exchanges
I hope you will be happy with your purchase and I go to great lengths to make quality items and stand behind all of my products! If you are not happy you may return your item for a purchase price refund or exchange it with in 7 days of receiving the item. (Monogrammed items, custom clothing and wholesale purchases are NOT returnable. Some items may be exchanged, contact me for details. Monogrammed items and custom clothing can not be exchanged.) Please return the unused item in original condition and with a paid receipt/packing slip. (I cannot accept worn bows, or mechandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows smashed in an envelope. Bows must be packaged in a BOX for me to accept the return.) Your purchase price will be refunded in the manner it was received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed. For exchange, please write the description of the new item you would like to exchange for on your reply.
